This time in the 8th Guizhou Province Liquor Industry Workers' Vocational Skills Competition to achieve another success. Guizhou Sauce and Liquor Group has achieved another success in the 2024 Guizhou Skills Competition-"Xijiu Cup" Guizhou Province's 8th Liquor Industry Workers' Vocational Skills Competition
Recently, the 2024 Guizhou Skills Competition-"Xijiu Cup" Guizhou Province's 8th Liquor Industry Workers' Vocational Skills Competition has come to an end. 39 representatives from 9 cities (prefectures) and liquor companies in the province 393 players from the team participated.
In this competition, Guizhou Sauce Wine Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guizhou Sauce Wine Group"), a subsidiary of Guiyang Production Control Group, selected 13 contestants to participate. After fierce competition, Guizhou Sauce and Wine Group won one winning prize in each of the four events, reaching a new high. Among them, Comrade Tian Xuyan won the Excellence Award for Liquor Blowing Project and Comrade Zhou Lihong won the Excellence Award for Liquor Brewing (Picking Liquor in the Upper Retort) Project, both of which were awarded the honorary title of "Technical Expert of Liquor Industry in Guizhou Province. This competition is the third time that Guizhou Sauce and Liquor Group has participated in the vocational skills competition for employees in the liquor industry, and it is also the second award after winning the liquor brewing (picking liquor in the retort) award in the "Maotai Cup" vocational skills competition for employees in the liquor industry in 2023.
This competition is a provincial-level first-class competition, with four competition items: liquor brewing (picking liquor in upper retort), liquor tasting evaluation, liquor blending (Maotai-flavor liquor) and liquor making (stepping on music and loading in warehouse). It is conducted by combining theoretical examination with practical operation, with theoretical examination results accounting for 20% and practical operation results accounting for 80%. The purpose of the competition is to build a stage for liquor skilled talents to exchange skills and display skills, provide opportunities for enterprises and skilled talents to exchange experience, learn from each other, and contribute wisdom and strength to build an important national liquor production base and world-class liquor industry cluster, and help industry development.
