This training was presided over by Comrade Zhao Liang, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the Sauce Wine Group. He emphasized that the new revision of the Company Law puts forward new regulatory requirements for corporate governance. Subsequently, Lawyer Wang closely combined with the actual business of the Sauce Wine Group and explained to the cadres and employees participating in the training the main points of the revision of the Company Law on the governance of state-owned enterprises, the important provisions and main contents of the revision of the Company Law are interpreted in detail from the aspects of the establishment of the company, the withdrawal system, the establishment of organizational structure, the reform of the capital system, the responsibilities of controlling shareholders and directors, the special provisions of state-funded companies, and the functions and responsibilities of legal representatives, It accurately indicates the practical points that enterprises need to pay attention to after the implementation of the company law, it has provided useful guidance for the cadres and workers participating in the training to correctly understand and accurately grasp the latest provisions and key contents of the Company Law. After the training, the participants actively exchanged questions in the training process, and lawyer Wang answered the relevant questions one by one.
